The Frank X. Gordon Jr. Award
The Frank X. Gordon Jr. Award is given for outstanding achievement in the area of the practice of law. The Board of Directors of the Mohave County Bar Association will carefully examine nominated candidates and determine if a suitable candidate for the award exists. Applicants for the award will be considered annually, but if no suitably impressive candidate exists in a particular year the Board may choose not to give the award.
Specific criteria that the Board will look for include:
- Demonstrated commitment to improving the practice of law in Mohave County.
- Exceptional moral character and commitment to ethical practice of law.
- Innovation in legal technique or understanding.
- Consistent dedication to excellence in all areas of legal practice.
The Frank X. Gordon Jr. Award will be presented for the first time by the Mohave County Bar Association in March of 2010. Please submit your nominations as soon as possible!
